District North has maintenance staff during office hours as well as emergency maintenance for after hours emergencies.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Trax, bus stops, and train stations are all less than half a mile away from District North.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rent increases only at the end of a lease term/renewal.

What is the parking situation?

Parking at District North is gated.

Are there plans to update the building?

There are no plans to update the building as it was built in 2018.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

$2,000 lease break fee as well as a 60 day notice is required to break the lease.
